Hello, I'm Tamara.

My work centers on helping people pursue meaningful career goals and build careers that genuinely align with who they are. I coach professionals, executives, leaders, and entrepreneurs through pivots, promotions, reinventions, and the decision to step into something new — bringing structure, honest perspective, and a clear plan to each step.

I have completed advanced coach training approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Since 2014 I've been majority owner of a consulting company, so I understand firsthand the realities of running a business, leading teams, hiring, and the weight of high-stakes professional decisions. That operator's lens shapes how I coach: practical, strategic, and grounded in what it actually takes to grow a career or build a company.

Clients describe working with me as honest, focused, and energizing. My greatest joy is helping ambitious people get unstuck, define what success means on their own terms, and take the concrete steps to get there.

Above all, this work takes courage. My background as a counselor gives me a unique ability to meet people where there might be fear or anxiety — and to help them move through it.
